General booking and payment conditions

A request for services and/or prices does not obligate the client /buyer for booking or payment. Go Travel makes an offer as a reply.

Booking is a confirmed order. By making a booking to GoTravel the client/buyer accepts all terms and conditions stated below. By receiving a confirmation from GoTravel both parties are engaged in a contract in which GoTravel is responsible for delivering the services described in confirmation and the buyer is resposible for paying for services without delay or deductions.

All bookings, changes and cancellations have to be made in writing and are confirmed in written form:  e-mail: incoming@gotravel.ee, fax +372 631 0159.

Cancellation fees are the percentage of total booking value, if not agreed ohterwise. Cancellations must be made and confirmed in writing, either by letter, fax or e-mail.  Effective dates are Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Estonian time, exept public holidays.

Cancellation terms for groups:

• Up to 31 days prior to arrival – handling fee min. amount 50 EUR per booking
• 30–22 days 25% of total booking value
• 21–15 days 50% of total booking value
• 14–7 days 75% of total booking value
• 6 days – no show 100%

If the booking fails to meet the requirements for groups, Go Travel has the right to impose the prices, payment and cancellation terms applicable for individuals. Partial cancellations and changes of dates are regarded as group cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing. With regard to  group bookings more than 25 rooms  we reserve the right for separate terms and conditions of cancellation and payment.

Cancellation conditions for individual tourists:

• Up to 10 days prior arrival – free of charge
• Up to 5–50% of total booking value
• Less than 5 days and no show – 100% of total booking value

Rates
All rates offered are net and include all taxes. Once the booking has been confirmed, prices cannot be changed  unless the change is caused by factors beyond our control.

Payment
Payment 50% of the total amount of group services is requested 35 days prior to arrival date and full payment 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment of services for individual tourists is requested 10 days prior to arrival date.

If the group booking is made less than 35 days and individual booking less than 10 days before the arrival date, the booking will not be subject to an advance fee, and the trip becomes immediately due for payment.

All bank charges are to be paid by the payer. Go Travel reserves the right to cancel all the reservations or stop providing all services in the event of non-payment or partial payment for the booking.
